Community Guidelines

Ours is an environment of learning and growth. Thus, we ask our community to abide by central values and behaviors.

  1. Respect

All those who utilize the platform are expected to be respectful, and open to others opinions and points of view, as well as embracing of different backgrounds, countries of origin, gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, etc. The more diverse our community , the richer our fountain of learning.  Any use of slurs, disrespectful behavior, hate speech, or sexual harassment will result in immediate removal from the platform. This should be a safe space, where people feel free to explore, to confide, and to be vulnerable. If you feel that someone has engaged in hateful language or behavior, please contact us immediately at info@commongenius.com.

It is important that experts and members communicate with each other in a timely way in order to ensure the best experience. Also, being communicative about what a member is expecting from an expert and vice versa, and setting expectations up transparently, are key to getting the most out of your sessions.

  1. Positivity and Growth

CommonGenius is the place where you, quite simply, will flourish. It is the place where you can get the keys to unlock your full potential, where you can find answers you can’t find elsewhere, where you can be inspired and encouraged and advised to live your best life. Thus, we ask people to keep a positive outlook and attitude, and understand that everyone is here to grow and learn together. At CommonGenius, we always see the glass half full, and aim to fill it up to the top!

  1. Feedback

The cornerstones of building our community are responsiveness and feedback. If you loved a webinar, tell us! If you didn’t, also tell us! If you had a great experience with an expert, share your feedback on their profile, as reviews are critical to helping others find their way on the site. If we send a survey, please take a moment to fill it out. We read every result and consider every opinion as we develop, amend, and add to our product.
